Prices and methods of sending:

All the prices are in Euros (€) and include the VAT. The postage and handling is, Balearic Islands and Peninsula 10€, Canary Isles 15€, Ceuta and Melilla 16€international sending zone EUROPE the fixed one is of 30€. For international sending zone AMERICA, Asia and OCEANIA will be the fixed one of 40€. The expenses of national and international sending appear on having finished the purchase, just before realizing the payment, the supplements previously mentioned will be paid to part. For national superior purchases to 100€ the postage and handling is free.


National sending is realized across SEUR and International across UPS. It isn't guaranteed the time of sending but the estimated delivery time is of 24 - 48 hours for national sending and of 2 - 10 days for international, once received the payment. If in the moment of the delivery it is estimated of visible and clear form, without need to manipulate the packings of sending or the own ones of the product, that a product has faults provoked by hurts in the transport or appreciates, in the same form, a mistake in the received goods, the client will have to record it in the delivery note of delivery and communicate it to Chroma, by means of e-mail to the web, in the course of 24 hours following the receipt of the order, to be able to urge the return of the product.

Return of products:

The Art. 44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January, of the Retail Trade, gives you the right to revoke the order requested within seven days of receipt, after notifying Chroma within this period, with refund of the price you'd pay for the same. It must be returned full order with all original accessories and packaging products. If the product is defective, the seven days the customer can also opt for replacement.

PRE-ORDER products CHROMA reserves the right to delay, cancellation and refund through no fault of the company.

The cancellation of any order "Pre Order" have two options:

  • Receive the total amount paid into a voucher to spend on CHROMA for one year from the date of cancellation.
  • Receive 50% of the amount paid.

Very importantly:

The stocks get up-to-date every day, in case the client has realized the order of an article that already was not available, but it had not been updated, there will be realized automatically the return of the full amount. The period of receipt of these communications for return are restricted. 24 hours from the receipt for hurts in the transport or mistakes in the sending; 7 days from the receipt.
